We began offering hand-engraved LDS Consecrated Oil Vials in 2002 in our local area of Oregon and
Washington, and began advertising to the national LDS market in Dec 2003. This unique idea came about
when I saw the beautiful oil vials being sold at Deseret Book, and realized the available space on some on the
vials as a perfect "Canvas" for artwork. After considering what art or words would be most desirable to engrave,
it seemed a natural fit to see if all the names in my Priesthood Line of Authority would fit. They did!.... and we
began offering them for sale.
In 2004 we added Missionary vials to our lineup, which include the Missionary's name, Mission, Dates of
service, Geographic Map, and more. These also have been very popular.
All our vials are individually engraved by hand, under a 30x microscope. It takes about 4 hours to create each
vial from actual hand-engraving to final polishing.
